1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wingbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Wingbook is a personal flight hour tracking application that provides:
- Flight log recording and management
- Hour calculations and analytics
- Achievement and progression tracking
- Qualification and currency monitoring
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Wingbook, you agree to:
- Enter accurate flight information to the best of your ability
- Maintain official flight records separately as required by aviation authorities
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations in your jurisdiction
4. Important Disclaimer
Wingbook is a supplemental tracking tool designed for personal use only. It does NOT replace official logbooks required by aviation authorities such as the FAA, CAA, EASA, GACA, or any other regulatory body.
You must maintain official paper or electronic logbooks as required by your aviation authority. Wingbook should not be used for official currency verification, certification applications, or any regulatory compliance purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Wingbook application, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Wingbook. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
WINGBOOK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We make no warranties regarding accuracy of calculations
- We are not liable for any aviation-related decisions made based on app data
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the application
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wingbook, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using Wingbook at any time by uninstalling the application. You can delete all your data using the "Clear All Data" feature in Settings before uninstalling.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app through updates. Continued use of Wingbook after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
